The RoleThe RoleLocation: Project site / Head office. Reports to : Project Manager. Understand and put into practice the company's published policies for HSE and quality. Understand all documents forming the contract. Ensure that contracts with clients conform with company policy in conjuction with relevant department Manager. Secure company income in accordance with the contract. Negotiate the settlement of subcontractor's accounts and certify payments. In conjunction with Project Manager comply all relevant documents such as : 1. Tender document 2. Contract document 3. Construction document. Check and compare the Construction Documents with the Contract documents in order to identify any changes or amendments introduced by client. Comply monthly internal valuations and cost reports including re-measurment and valuation of work scope and variations where applicable. Carry out Budget forecasting / Income forecasting. Comply total project cost report for discussion at monthly project cost meetings. |
RequirementsRequirementsExperience: Minimum 10 years experience in Oil & Gas Industry; Worked with EPC Contractor. Qualification: Graduate Mechanical Engineer Skill: Computer Literate, Fluent in Written & spoken English |
