We offer a complete range of Programme Management Project Services Contract Services and Management Consultancy including Benchmarking capable of supporting our Client’s investment strategies at every stage of a development from pre-development planning to final cessation.

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor who will be responsible for:

Key Duties:

Reporting to the Director specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Ensuring that post-contract cost variances and change control processes are managed effectively Ensuring the production of monthly post-contract cost reports and presenting them to the client
Preparing estimates of works
Project life cycle costing
Preparing financial cost reports
Ensuring that final accounts are negotiated and agreed
Assisting the Senior Quantity Surveyors when interfacing with the client and other consultants

Requirements

Skill Set Required:

The successful individual will have a strong track record on infrastructure projects and will meet the criteria below:

Essential:
Degree qualified
Minimum of 8 years post-graduate experience in all aspects of post-contract Quantity Surveying activities
Minimum of 4 years experience in the Middle East
Minimum of 4 years infrastructure project experience
