Job description / Role
Our client is a Leading General Contractor in Doha, Qatar who specialise in the Construction of High Rise Towers, Medical Facilities, Commercial Buildings and Educational Buildings with an excellent reputation for delivering top end projects.
They currently require a Quantity Surveyor with Claims and Variations experience to work out of their Head Offices.
Salary:
Negotiable up to 25% uplift on current salary package
Requirements
Candidates Requirements:
- Degree Qualified
- Minimum 5 years working experience
- Must be based currently in the GCC
- Must of worked for a Main contractor
- Strong working knowledge of Cost Claims and Variations
- Excellent experience in Quantities Take-Off
- Very good with CAD
- Must have a Driving License
- Prepare Claims Documents for submission
