Quantity Surveyor - Hong Kong
Our client is a leading global consultancy who currently have an opening for a Quantity Surveyor to work on a major rail project based in their office in Hong Kong.
They are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to work on a major rail project based in their office in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities include:
- Post contract management
- Evaluations
- Claims management
- Contract instructions
- Contract administration
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management/Engineering or equivalent
- Have or working towards full membership of RICS or MHKIS
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
- Civil engineering project delivery experience necessary - rail experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiation, influence and persuade others
- Fluency in English and Cantonese
