Job description / Role
Objective: To provide support to the Project Management Team
Main Responsibilities:
1. Assist the management team and other Quantity Surveyors in all the pre and post contract functions.
2. Inter department liaison to resolve and close actions.
3. Provide assistance in verifying claims, payments, variations, contractual issues for projects.
4. preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client;
Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Engineering, minimum 12 years in rail experience, preparing and analyzing costings for tenders,provide assistance in verifying claims, payments, variations, contractual issues for projects.
