Quantity Surveyor

Job description / Role

- Reporting to the subcontract administrator and assistance as better described below;
- Certification evaluation and confirmation of all subcontractors;
- Measurement of subcontractor work;
- Evaluation of quantification of variations;
- Assessment of claims for magnitude in regard to time sheets;
- Any other item required by the Subcontract Administrator.

Requirements

- Applicant shall have a degree in engineering, quantity surveying or similar;
- Five years experience employed with a contracting firm;
- Two years experience in road or civil works;
- Two years experience in gulf countries;
- Fluent in English ( spoken and written );
- Experience and knowledge in certificate compilation;
- Experience and knowledge in standard method measurements (C E SS M)
