Job description / Role
The Company:
Our client is a leading diversified, international, Main Contractor carrying out construction, engineering, procurement, development and investment activities internationally with emphasis on the Middle East region. They are committed to providing a reliable and professional service to their clients and to being supportive to local businesses and social activities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be working as a Quantity Surveyor on the Landmark multi billion dollar Riyadh Metro project.
• Reviewing income information and identify variations.
• Prepare all information to accurately value and cost variations.
• Prepare the variation in a format suitable for onward submission to the client.
Requirements
You will have:
• A degree;
• minimum 7 to 10 years’ experience;
• metro experience is preferred but not essential;
• Civil contractor & infrastructure experience;
• Middle-East experience;
• Experience of identifying and valuing variations.
