The RoleThe RoleThe candidate will be expected to manage the cost and value aspects of large building, civil and infrastructure works including pre contract measuring, submitting applications for interim payments, control and negotiation of the contract variation account, handling all aspects of sub contracts on site and the preparation and submission of the Final Account of the project. The successful applicants should be able to assist the Project Manager in contractual matters on the site and be able to interact with the Consultant in a professional manner. |
RequirementsRequirements• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor on medium to large scale projects • Should hold a Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying • Should have a pleasant disposition, be hard working, and attention to details |
