Job description / Role
1. Reporting to Lead Commercial / Senior QS.
2. Responsible for commercial and quantity surveying duties
3. Responsible for the Change Management and variations, ensuring that the necessary Quality Management Systems requirements are followed.
4. Assist in reporting on expenditure and forecasts
5. Assist in the resolution of Contractual matters
6. Responsible for the Interim Payment Applications
7. Ensure that, in conformance with Conditions of Contract, Companys interest are, with regards to expenditure and income are protected at all times
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor, in Retail, Leisure, Commercial or Infrastructure preferred
- Education/Certification: Degree in related fields
- Required Knowledge: Computer skills
- MEP Eexperience: Highly Desirable
