Job description / Role
QUANTITY SURVEYOR / ESTIMATOR – FIT OUT – DUBAI
Our client, an international Fit Out company with offices in the UAE, Qatar and Europe are looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors and Estimators to join their Dubai based team.
The client are experiencing a sustainable period of positive growth and are undergoing a large hiring process which we are exclusively managing.
Having secured a pipeline of large scale projects for 2014, particularly in the sectors of hospitality, commercial and retail fit out, our client are looking for numerous Quantity Surveyors and Estimators with Interior Fit Out experience in the UAE.
Reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Estimator, your duties include but are not limited to;
• Preparation of Tender Documents, BOQs, Estimates and Budgets
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and site measurements
• Preparation of monthly cost and value reports
• Project cost monitoring and control
Requirements
Candidate should meet the below criteria as a minimum;
• Minimum 3 years Middle East Fit Out experience
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Degree educated is an advantage
An attractive package will be negotiated dependent on experience.
