Quantity Surveyors - (all levels)

Job description / Role

Currie & Brown has a range of opportunities across its Middle East Offices and is currently looking for Quantity Surveyors/Cost Managers (all levels) for the Qatar Office on behalf of major clients in the region

Responsible for:
- Procurement
- Tender documentation
- Tender reports
- Recommendations of payment
- Assessment of variation costs
- Initial claims response

Requirements

- BSc QS or equivalent
- MRICS or equivalent
- 5-10 years post graduate experience
- Vast experience in building sectors such as hotel & leisure, healthcare, education, airport and associated infrastructure works
- Must have worked for blue chip PQS firms (non contracting background)
- Experience in procurement and contracts administration
- Experienced user of MS Office
- Excellent report writing skills
- Middle East experience is essential
