Job description / Role
We are currently working with a world leading data centre and colocation provider to recruit a Quote Support Specialist to support their expanding team. This role is designed to handle all administration tasks for Account Executives and Sales Representatives relating to quote information.
The Account Executives will create majority of their quotes customer facing but this function is designed as an overflow and second level quoting function when Account Executives are unable to perform their own quoting in certain circumstances.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitor and manage quote request queues
- Validate all quote information provided by Account Executive for any non-standard quotes
- Work on quote revisions, T&C's and collect missing information
- Communicate effectively with a range of departments within the company and work as part of a team
- Manage, route and track all sales documents
Requirements
- Hold a degree or have equivalent experience
- Have experience in a similar role
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Have strong attention to detail
- Be an experienced user of Oracle and/or Salesforce
- Have your own reliable transport
