The RoleThe RoleJob Purpose: To Plan, Deign, and deploy EITC’s Fixed network infrastructure and Manage the Rollout plans. Attend to day to day section related issues and resolve key technical problems or critical issues. Plan and deploy EITC’s Fixed network Infrastructure and manage rollout plans to expand the Fixed network services. Participate in setting short and long term plans for the future expansions of EITC Fixed network Infrastructure. Prepare budgets and optimize cost of the network rollout Infrastructure projects to extend EITC’s planned coverage areas. Participate in planning, designing, rolling out the fixed network Infrastructure. Develop, direct and/or projects manage internal and external network infrastructure projects with secure timely delivery of projects with high standard and specification and budget compliance. Prepare projects manpower plans and identify skills and training needs. Carry out feasibility studies and evaluations for the network infrastructure rollout plans and projects in coordination with other teams. Prepare regular progress reports of the activities related to the network infrastructure rollout plans and expansion projects |
RequirementsRequirementsQualification: Graduate in Electrical & Electronic or Telecommunications/Computer engineering. Certification in certain telecom technologies is also a requirement. Experience: 5 years experience in relevant telecom technologies with at least one year in a suitable middle management position with involvements in telecom Projects, team management and analytical abilities. Knowledge in methodology of project management is also required. |
