The Role


The Role

- Run operational tasks on RBT and Sultn portals, digitize, edit, convert and upload audio content to RBT portals, obtain and share content and financial reports with operators and channel Partners
- Create RBT content tracking sheets to update order codes
-Regular testing for SADA IVR to make sure Intigral content is being populated on all category listings
- Create monthly recommendation lists that cover all categories, based on content importance, and send it to operators for IVR listing.
- Engage with CPs to get release schedules in advance, and top selling content to use in operator recommendation list creation
- Get weekly/ monthly content activity reports from operators

Requirements


Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer and communications, or any related field.
- 2-3 years of related experience.
- Must be fluent in both Arabic and English, written and verbal communications.
- Must have a good knowledge in audio conversion software.
- Proficiency in using MS Office is a Must.
- Digital Media background is a plus.
