REVIT Architect - Healthcare Experience

Job description / Role

Health Facility Planning:
- Reviewing, and processing all drawings and architectural technical submittals
- Ensuring all documentations reviewed meet requirements and specifications.
- Reviewing change order proposals for client and preparing recommendations
- Monitoring the interior architectural works for compliance with specifications an procedural manuals
- Delivery of Healthcare facility projects from start to end
- Coordinating activities and operations related to project.

Requirements

- Excellent knowledge/experience in Auto CAD and Revit
- Knowledge in Hospital fit-out
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to review and comment properly on necessary documentation.
- Ability to easily adapt an understanding of specifications and Authority requirements
- Must be able to speak and write English at a high level
