Job description / Role
Objectives: This role is responsible for detailing and materializing conceptual design ideas into BIM models, designs, engineering and documentation that contractors can build from.
Main responsibilities:
- Healthcare project experience would be an advantage
- Technical development of concept and schematic designs
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards
- Production and review of architectural components
- Collaboration and coordination with other disciplines
Reporting to: Project Design Manager
Number required: 3
Duration: Permanent Position
Desired start date: at the earliest
Probation: 6 months
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Gross monthly base salary: Depends on the candidate, paid as tax free monthly salary in Dubai

Requirements
- Bsc in Architecture
- Minimum of 2 years experience as REVIT Architect in the healthcare sector
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: Teamwork, patience, flexibility, dedication.
- Language Fluency: English
- Current Location: Preferably UAE
