The RoleThe RoleBuild and Maintain relationships with HNI customers and sell various banking products and services in the wealth management domain through proper need analysis. Identify & grow a base of affluent customers in order to meet business objectives. Retention of existing HNI customer base by providing them timely support and assistance. Achieve volume and revenue goals via the combination of customer acquisition and relationship deepening and widening. Build the business and relationships through the execution of effective sales. processes and abiding by the bankˇ¦s compliance policies. Recommendations to be given depending upon the markets volatility. |
RequirementsRequirementsEngaged & involved in Financial Planning & Investment Advice. A consistent performer throughout for the Bank Private Banking team. Deliver a high level of personalized, attentive service that clients perceive as outstanding. Establish and maintain mutually beneficial business relationships that will enhance business development. Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain a private client base through analyzing needs and pro-actively implementing/monitoring solutions to meet needs. Work within the existing audit, compliance, and regulatory framework in order to ensure a high quality, compliant portfolio of client relationships. |
