RNPO Senior Consultant

Job description / Role

1. With a strong customer demand the ability to grasp, from the operator's point of view and analyze the risk and problems of network, with operators’ market development objectives as input conditions, thus guiding and planning the construction and expansion of wireless networks, technical development priorities order as well as the critical path, and be able to dig out the service needs of customers in the field of wireless network planning and optimization, targeted output customized RF solutions;

2. Responsible for providing wireless network planning consulting service, planning and development of operator network services solution architecture;

3. Responsible for the RF planning and optimization consultancy, support and delivery in the new network, swap or optimization projects, enhance network performance and new features study, enhance the overall network consulting, network planning ability;

4. In the wireless service bidding project provide customers senior exchanges and preach support, according to customer demand customized RF service solutions, and the competitiveness of the solution is responsible;

Requirements

A. 15-20 year experience in the wireless network field, less than 10 years of RF network planning optimization pre-sales, delivery experience, dominate or independently completed large wireless RF network planning and optimization work experience or in the technical field of study success.

B. Mainstream equipment vendor or network optimization consulting firm served as RF planning and optimization expert or senior consultant;

C. in key industry publications published research papers, or CXO level customer appreciation of the related project delivery process;

2, skill requirements:

A. profound wireless GSM / UMTS / CDMA / LTE network system communication basics;

B. proficient wireless RF network planning and optimization knowledge, including wireless communication theory, capacity, coverage planning knowledge, simulation and system resource management algorithms and parameters;

C. proficient in common GSM / UMTS / CDMA / LTE network planning and optimization tools, including DT, network performance monitoring and evaluation analysis, simulation, estimation tools;

D. familiar with the industry's wireless network planning and optimization of delivery, pre-sales support and consultation processes and methods;

E. with end-to-end analysis ability to solve wireless network problems, there is a certain understanding of the wireless core network, IP bearer network, optical, microwave transmission network;

3. Educational background requirements: communications, electronic engineering, computer professional, bachelor degree or above

4. the language proficiency requirements: Fluent English communication and presentation skills, able to establish a good relationship with customers.
