Rail Alignment and Track Consultant

Job description / Role

My client is one of the worlds leading engineering design companies who have an excellent reputation and a track record of working on some of the most high profile engineering projects. they are currently looking to recruit a senior rail alignment and track consultant to provide expert advice and consultancy services to internal and external clients on urban rail projects throughout the Middle east. The successful person will also assist in developing business by increasing the current client base and further client relationships through identifying opportunities for future works and services.

Requirements

The success candidates must have and engineering degree and will have a proven background in alignment and track design for various rail projects including LRT, Metro, High speed and/freight projects. Candidates will have experience in the analysis and documentation of rail engineering works and processes fr
om feasibility and design to implementation and client handover. candidates must have knowledge of software such as Bentley Rail Track and also good general knowledge of rail systems, operations and their interfaces with track projects. Candidates will have experience of major rail projects and will be willing to travel extensively withing the Middle East region.
