From a team of 10 in 2005 to a strength of 600+ employees at present. Al Wataniya Concrete has come a long way. Yet the growth has just begun, from four stations at present with more on the way, we present you the opportunity to directly play an active role in the modernization of Qatar.

We are fortunate to have been awarded a string of projects at present due to our credible past performances which put simply necessitates our production demands to be tripled over the next 3 years.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the productivity of the firm is at its highest level.
2. Responsible for controlling the assigned assets inside the plant.
3. Make sure the job at hand is carried out with minimum supervision.
4. Make sure that all employees are complying with safety rules and regulations.
5. Coordinates with various departments to make sure that the plant is complying with the local environment regulations and report violations.
6. Collaborate with workers and managers to solve work-related problems.
7. Review work throughout the work process and at completion to ensure that it has been performed properly.
8. Plan work schedules and assign duties to maintain adequate staff for effective performance of activities and response to fluctuating workloads.
9. Inform designated employees or departments of problems encountered.
10. Perform other assigned task as required.

Requirements

A. Qualifications:
1. Secondary school or Technical diploma or Engineering equivalent in mechanical, electrical or construction field.
2. Preferred three (3) year work experience at a ready Mix Site, Yard or Plant in at least a junior staff grade.
3. Excel in technical knowledge and can manage client resources.
4. ERP system knowledge and IT knowledge
5. Office skills are a plus.

B. Skills:
1. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills both English and Arabic is a plus.
2. Knowledgeable of ready Mix Plant processes and have a strong personal command and leadership.

Language: English and Arabic (Optional)

Experience not less than 2 years and not more than 25 years.

Must be flexible to be stationed at any location or station in Qatar as per company business requirements.

We prefer local candidates with NOC or LOCAL SPONSOR RELEASE, however for the right candidate we offer both visa and joining tickets from their home country along with relocation assistance.

Please note however, we require your joining by not later two weeks days upon successful completion of the recruitment process.

The ideal candidate would be GCC experienced and preferably from a CEMENTS / READY MIX industry.
