Employment: Full Time

A leading Property and Real Estate Business with operations throughout the globe are experiencing significant growth in Saudi Arabia.
They are urgently recruiting a Real Estate Consulting Manager to join their growing operations in Saudi Arabia.

You will be responsible for delivering integrated solutions to commercial contracts. You will apply a depth of knowledge to advise occupiers, lenders, investors and the public sector on every aspect of real estate.

Requirements

The successful Real Estate Consulting Manager will be responsible for the following:
• Offer advice clients on all aspects of real estate related business matters.
• Managing Post merger integrations of property portfolios
• Facilitate the design of an optimum best practice model for the property division
• Writing business cases for major projects in the public and private sector
The ideal Real Estate Consulting Manager will have the following background:
• Qualification in Real Estate or related course
• Over 3 years experience working in an Real Estate Advisory role
• Happy to work in Saudi Arabia
