Alliance Real Estate currently employs a professional, multicultural team of 16 people. We work in a demanding yet friendly and cooperative environment.

Main responsibilities:
- List and market properties in our CRM system
- Professionally handle assigned coverage area
- Manage customer enquiries
- Generate new leads
- Abide by and follow RERA code of ethics

Requirements

- Knowledge of the Dubai Property Market
- Fluency in spoken English (additional languages beneficial)
- At least 24 years of age
- Permanently resident in the UAE
- Valid UAE driving license
- Sales Skills & Experience
- Ability to close deals and negotiate sales with clients
- Possess strong negotiation skills.
- Be a team player
- Demonstrate Objection Handling Skills
- Demonstrate Excellent Negotiation Skills
- Be Able to Work in a Fast Paced Fun Environment
- Candidate with at least 1 year Real Estate industry experience.
- Positive attitude Real Estates Sales or rental
- Must be computer literate
- Must be highly motivated.
- Must have good negotiation skills.
- RERA certified will be preferred.
