Job description / Role
Raine & Horne is a leading Australian Real Estate company, established since 1883 and one of the oldest privately owned firms in the southern hemisphere. Key tasks include:
- Listing properties and completing necessary paperwork
- Conducting views and appraisals
- Creating strong working relationships with potential buyers/customers
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers
- Advising clients and answering any questions they may put forward
Requirements
- A track record of exceptional sales results
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role/industry
- Demonstrated capacity to meet goals, targets and KPI's
- Outstanding communication skills - written, verbal and influencing
- Capacity to contribute to and build a strong, collaborative and positive team culture
- Strong personal presentation
- Willingness to learn and operate with a results focus
- Drivers license
