Employment: Full Time

JOB DESCRIPTION

Rent, buy, or sell property for clients. Perform duties, such as study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts.

• Arrange the sale of houses, businesses, flats, factories, shops and plots on behalf of owners.
• Discuss the method of sale, presentation of the property, costs and inspection times with the sellers.
• Assess buyers' needs and locate properties for their consideration.
• Take prospective buyers to inspect properties.
• Advise on merits of properties and terms of sale.
• Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses etc.
• Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers.
• Draw up legal agreements between sellers and buyers.
• Advice & answer clients’ questions on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements,
maintenance etc.
• Prepare documents such as contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.
• Representing the company in local and international Real Estate Exhibitions.

Requirements

IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD BE:

• Preferably British and European nationals.
• Should have a proven track record in real estate or at least should have experience in sales.
• Presentable and team player with a strong team ethic.
• Excellent communication both written and spoken in English.
• Computer Skills, MS Windows & MS Office.
• UAE Driving license and Car.
• RERA certified will preferred.
• Smart in appearance and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
• Ready to go the extra mile to make things happen.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Be self-motivated with strong networking skills.
