Real Estate Development Manager

Job description / Role

- Lead the development process from project conceptualization and planning to the launch of that project.
- Managing annual budget & cash flow, feasibility model scenarios & inputs in conjunction with business development & business analysis dept.
- Managing all concerned parties to achieve the project's targets.
- Coordination with marketing & sales teams + supporting teams to draw the development strategic plans & targets on long & short terms.
- Investigating potential investment opportunities and evaluation of proposed projects & coordinating with business development team.

Requirements

- Bachelor of Architectural Engineering.
- Intellectual designer with good innovation & analytical thinking
- Free hand sketching, Photoshop, Power Point & Auto Cad
- Work under pressure
- Researcher along with good taste and internet surfing.
- Collective experience through traveling and life styles experiences.
