Real Estate Development Manager

Job description / Role

To look after the real estate development, project, and initiatives on new projects, investment proposal, feasibilities and execution of approved running projects.

Functional Responsibilities

1. Identification, surveying, appraising and acquiring of new suitable sites for development of properties, high value capital projects and carry out planning activities & strategies in order to develop new feasible projects and expand the horizon of the company.

2. Formulate investment strategies and advise for expansion by induction of new categories and business opportunities as found feasible.

3. To lead and maintain healthy business relations when it comes to business deals, negotiations, partnership agreement, new ventures locally or internationally etc.

4. Maintain close coordination with finance team in project studies, budgets and investment feasibilities.

5. Lead and manage the development and execution job of new approved projects efficiently in order to launch and completion of the project within specified time.

6. Develop multiple cost effective vendors and enhance the reliability of products, tasks and services as provided by different suppliers and business partners.

7. Develop policies & procedure, forms & formats and maintain complete legal documentation as required for the business in order to protect company legal interest that’s include but not limited to drawings, legal agreements, contracts, leasing documents etc.

Requirements

Education:
Graduation in relevant discipline, like engineering, architect, MBA, MS

Experience:
Minimum 8-10 years’ experience with good real estate companies with proven track in real estate development, new project management, feasibilities, execution etc.

Skills
Good managerial, analytical, leadership and communication skills

Language:
Proficiency in English- However Arabic would be an added advantage but not a must.

Regional Exp.:
Middle East experience is a must
