Real Estate - Document Controller - Sales

Job description / Role

Salary range - 4000 to 5000 AED pm

One of our most prestigious Real Estate Clients - A leading Royal Property Development and Asset Management Group of Companies in the Northern Emirates of United Arab Emirates is expanding their team and seeking a Document Controller Sales. Working with Sales Operations team you will ensure proper coordination & administration of the department. Your organizational skills and planning skills are essential for proper control on documentation.

Responsible for:
- To smooth flow and control of documentation in the department.
- Liaise with Accounts department for Invoices/Receipts.
- Complies and Maintain records to verify completeness and accuracy of data.
- Retaining a strong material master-data in the SAP.

Requirements

- Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in similar positions in the Middle East.
- Property Developer/Real estate company experience will be a plus.

Education: Any graduate

Nice to have:
Good communication skills in English and Arabic is an advantage
