Job description / Role
On behalf of our client, a Saudi investment company, Swisslinx Middle East is currently searching for a Saudi national to join them as a Real Estate Fund Manager in their offices in Jeddah.
The core aspects of the role center on creating and managing a selection of the local, regional and international real estate funds whilst maintaining excellent exposure to local, regional and international real estate market.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
• Managing the real estate investments of the funds and portfolios
• Ensuring all practices adhere to the regulatory, legal and institution’s requirements
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market
• Manage external and internal communications/ dialogue
• Monitor existing funds and properties to maintain risk/ benefit balance
Requirements
The successful candidate should demonstrate the following:
• Solid (7+ years) experience of Saudi real estate
• Be already based in Saudi Arabia or have knowledge of the market
• Solid educational background: MBA of advantage
• Client presentation skills
• Fluent English AND Arabic speaker
