One of our most prominent Real Estate Group client based in Dubai with a single, shared vision, to become the Investors choice for all their Real estate requirements. The group has been in involved in real estate in the region for the last 15 years with a strong network with developers and investors and have directly concluded transactions in billions in the last 10 years alone.

They are now looking to expand their team and seeking an experienced Real Estate Investment Advisor to join the dedicated group who will take the business to the next level.

Working and reporting to the CEO directly, the Real Estate Investment Advisor will be exposed to different investors and clients.

Your knowledge and experience dealing with investors and client will be essential to the smooth running of the buying and selling and leasing properties as well as your ability to forecast and plan. Being an experienced Real Estate Advisor, your drive, energy and motivation will reverberate through the team.

Job Responsibilities
- Knowledge of property and laws relevant to buying/selling and leasing property
- Business relation and dealing with high-net investors and VIP clientele in UAE.
- Good Interpersonal skills

Requirements

- Excellent in English and Arabic is a plus
- Should have accomplished RERA Phase 1 Examination
- Should have a valid UAE Drivers License
