Job description / Role
Our client, an internationally recognised Real Estate Investments house, is looking to on board a Manager for their Capital Markets team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role will focus on advising clients on their investments and helping to grow the capital markets portfolio.
Tasks may include:
- Active business development to on board new real estate assets
- Reaching out to the market to entice new investors, through networking and marketing of current and prospective investment opportunities
- Analysing and reporting back on new real estate deals
- Prepare proposals, advisory reports and financial models in order to assist in the growth of winning mandates
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience within the Real Estate Asset Management sector, preferably in a client facing position
- Willingness to work in Saudi Arabia, with previous experience and/or contacts there considered to be an asset
- Fluent Arabic speaker
- A Bachelor's degree in a finance or real estate designation
- Willingness and ability to grow the portfolios for this developing team, an exciting opportunity for a self-starter
