Job description / Role
Your experience as a seasoned Real Estate Investment Officer is required by a large Investment firm in the UAE. You will be required to have a strong understanding of best methods of researching potential Real Estate Investment opportunities. You will need to be able to complete profit and loss statements as standard and experience in the Abu Dhabi market is essential.
You will be reporting to the Head of Real Estate and will perform ongoing financial analysis and evaluation of portfolio properties under management. You will Evaluate Fair market prices through discounted cash flow, income approach and residual value methods and you will be expected to validate the current lease rates vs. the portfolio rates.
Requirements
To apply for this position you will require the following:
5 years experience
Excellent Arabic and English
Experience completing P&L statements
Experience having researched the real estate industry in the UAE specifically in Abu Dhabi
