The RoleThe RoleOur client, a Diversified Group based in Dubai, has a requirement for a Real Estate Lawyer to join their organisation. The position will be reporting to the Head of the Legal department. The purpose of the role is the coordination of all legal aspects of Real Estate projects and transactions. Key Responsibilities: Providing best legal support to the organisation. Reviewing of all legal contracts with regard to sales, purchasing and bidding. Drafting contracts for the lease and sale of property. Managing legal risks, liaising with other departments and interfacing with external lawyers. Communicating with Government authorities on any Real Estate issues. Litigation support for the department. Consultation with respect to property transactions. Skilled in Negotiation and Arbitration. |
RequirementsRequirementsKey Attributes: Bachelor or Master's degree in Law . Minimum of five years post qualification experience with a background in Real Estate law. Good attention to detail with strong researching skills. Ability to handle things independently and is willing to go the extra mile. Ambitious and career oriented. Excellent translation skills required. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential. |
