Job description / Role
My client is a major F&B Franchise group with key strategic development plans for the UAE and wider GCC/ North Africa. 5 new brands will be launched at varying schedules across multiple locations. From casual Dining to high end 5* Dining experiences.
We are looking for a Real Estate Manager/Property Manager to manage the Property facility function, take part in the outlet development programme and the identification, negotiation and securing of key outlet sites and manage the necessary contractual requirements and local Authority, Utility and licensing agreements, detailed financial analysis, development budgeting, master planning and due diligence on prospective assets and investment sites, asset/portfolio management, acquisitions, valuation, marketing and leasing/disposition management.
Requirements
Candidates will have 10 years in Real Estate, Property management of multiple asset based group, with particular preference to those with F&B Dining experience,
You should be Degree quailed in a property related area and ideally with MRICS. or FM accreditation.
Property understanding of the local and wider MENA region is an advantage.
You must also be available to interview in Dubai. Face to face.
Package on offer is up to 35k AED per month plus healthcare and flights, 30 days holiday.
