Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Real Estate Manager is responsible for managing the Retail Real Estate operation in line with the Regional Real Estate expansion plan, Country level expansion recommendations and the development plans of individual brands, while liaising with the Country Manager and the Group Real Estate Manager/VP Business Development.

Main responsibilities:
- Search for prospective locations, perform weekly fieldwork and make recommendations to the Country Manager regarding the most appropriate choice for markets and malls.
- Identify all current and future Real Estate requirements to ensure that the company and country's expansion plans are achieved
- Identify and propose brands that suitably blend within the new prospective mall, and ensure that their placing within a new project is in prime locations in order to maximize customers attractiveness.
- Conduct quarterly market research on prevailing rent and Retail trends.
- Establish, enhance and maintain strong relationships with landlords and developers.
- Analyze each real estate project in order to ensure that the right market is validated accurately.
- Provide timely and accurate information to Engineering and Operations departments and ensure successful delivery of the project as per predetermined timeframes.
- Attend exhibitions related to the industry, gather related information and constantly update market Intelligence.

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 5 years of experience in Retail Leasing field or a Survey or role with minimum 2 years of experience in local market
- Expert and professional knowledge of all existing and future retail Real Estate locations and projects in Local market
- Good knowledge of countrys demographics
- Fluency in English
