Employment: Full Time

Join RE/MAX the worlds Number 1 Real Estate Brand with a network of over 96,000 agents in 97 countries. The RE/MAX UAE Network seeks experienced Real Estate Managing Brokers for its new joining offices. The successful candidates will be self-motivated team leaders with selling personalities, who can contribute to the face paced growth of RE/MAX UAE.

The successful candidates will:
- Determine office goals and objectives, including recruiting needs, sales goals, marketing and expansion plans.
- Develop office business plans and determine organizational structure of brokerage.
- Manage all recruiting efforts of the company through recruiting experienced real estate sales associates
- Manage brokerage production levels
- Grow brokerage profitability through reviewing budgetary projections and supervising major cost expenditures.
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews of staff and produce reports to Board of Directors/Shareholders.
- Act as a liaison between the brokerage and the regional RE/MAX office
- Be responsible for the overall image and public relations efforts of the office

Requirements

- A minimum of 3 years of relevant management experience and UAE real estate experience.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent is preferable.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English. Native Speakers preferred
- Must reside in the UAE
