The RoleThe RoleA very exciting opportunity is available for motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Consultants! JK Properties is going through massive expansion and re-branding on a local and International level and we are seeking great talent to help grow and support our brand! The Sales Consultant will help clients when buying or selling real estate. Also have a thorough knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai and preferably in the UAE. They are familiar with all neighborhoods and developments. Key Responsibilities - Estimate the current market price and suggest a reserve or minimum selling price - List details of land or buildings for sale and arrange for the advertising of properties - Assess buyers' needs and locate properties for their consideration - Take prospective buyers to inspect properties - Advise on merits of properties and terms of sale - Draw up legal agreements between vendors and buyers - Collects security deposit and rent - Draws up agreements between property owners and tenants - Records income and expenditure on properties |
RequirementsRequirementsSkills and Experience - Dubai residential Sales Experience minimum of 2 years - Good communication and negotiation skills - Good presentation and a pleasant manner - Able to network effectively on his own - Naturally motivated to achieve – target-driven - Good organizational skills and attention to detail - Good working knowledge of the local area Competencies - A strong desire for excellence with keen analytical and problem solving abilities - An enthusiastic approach, with a “can do” and hands-on attitude - Comfortable in handling tasks and prioritizing effectively - Strong intellect and clear evidence of energy and drive - Team player with exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills |
