Job description / Role
As a Real Estate Transactor, You will primarily maintain responsible review of legal documentation during deal execution process and building rapport with internal and external legal providers. You will achieve financial targets for Real Estate financing and should be able to originate deals as an enhancement to relationship group, through own network and channels. You are expected to create a robust control environment for deal execution across legal, compliance, credit and relationship groups.
You will also undertake technical appraisals of Real Estate opportunities and ensure transactions are structured to mitigate risks and along best practice for real estate financing. Crafting appropriate credit package (CFR) for review and approval will also be a part of your role.When acting as agents, you will review and negotiate legal documents and coordinate all legal documents with syndicate banks. In this role, you will be reporting to the Business Head.
Requirements
An ideal Real Estate Transactor will posses a university degree in Finance/ Business and must be proficient in financial maths and financial model building. You must have a complex deal execution background across the GCC, with an emphasis on real estate financing and should possess strong Financial Modelling Skills and Credit Analysis Skills.
Previous Project Finance experience in the GCC and past experience in leading Project Finance/ Real Estate Finance Deal teams is considered advantageous.
