Job description / Role
Our client requires a Real Estate and Development Director to plan and implement the companies real estate growth plans
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Deliver successful locations as per plan on timely and cost effective manner.
· Manage a portfolio of many stores across all brands
· Control a leasing budget and a team of property experts and support staff in site acquisition and store development.
· Develop site selection criteria and update it accordingly.
· Identify and develop new business initiatives in line with the company growth plans.
· Develop annual strategies for major brands, including fully costed real estate expansion plans and ROI analysis for approval
· Oversee store acquisitions, from site identification and lease negotiation to store opening.
· Manage the KPIs of trading stores and take corrective measures to improve profitability and sales.
Profit:
· Manage the existing leasing estate and improve terms where applicable
· Conduct frequent market research to acquire knowledge of markets and competition
· Prepare feasibility studies and recommend action plans
People:
· Cultivate career development of your employees
· Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders in the relevant property markets
· Meet Deadlines as per the business plan
· Keep information confidential
· Communicate effectively with rest of the team to prepare site packages on line with development plan.
Others
· Prepare periodic reports.
· Ensure there are no violations of company policies and procedures
Requirements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor degree in business management
· Computer literate
· Excellent communication skills
· Excellent relations in the market
· Minimum of 7-10 years experience in similar industry
