Receptionist - AFM HINO - Dubai

Al-Futtaim is regarded as a pioneer in the Gulf region's Automotive industry and encompasses every aspect of the Automotive business; from passenger and commercial vehicles and construction equipment sales and service, to used car sales and rental and leasing.

Al-Futtaim represents some of the world's most popular and desirable automotive brands including; Toyota, Lexus, Hino, Honda, Volvo, Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge.We are currently looking for a Receptionist to work with at our Al Futtaim Motors Toyota Showroom in Dubai.

You will be responsible for the following -

* Meeting &  greeting all visitors. Assist them to the meeting rooms.
* Handling main telephone board. Receive messages and logging calls for individual extensions. Maintaining log book for all meeting rooms.
* Receive and guide all visitors from the reception. Dealing with 'drop in' customers quickly and efficiently prior to handing over to Customer care centre
* Maintain good teamwork within departments. Stationery and Pantry ordering. Dispatch of inbound and outbound mail/courier
* Assisting all external and Internal Group staff by guiding them to the right division within Al Futtaim
* Maintain record of official & personal calls made by employees and prepare month end statements.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Degree/Diploma in Commerce/Business Administration.

Minimum Experience: 2-3 years working experience in the reception and office administration

Job-Specific Skills: Proficient in MS Office and administration skills.

Behavioral Competencies: Strong interpersonal, organizational and advanced telephone skills. Excellent communication, Organising, Analytical.

Essential communication skills: English, speak, read & write
