Job description / Role
Miller Hay are currently recruiting a Receptionist for our client an international Law Firm based in DIFC, Dubai. Our client requires someone who is well presented, professional, confident and enthusiastic as this person will be the first point of contact for clients on the phone and face to face. Salary is 13,000 AED.
Responsibilities:
- Full reception cover including answering the switchboard, diary management and meeting and greeting visitors
- Arranging meetings organising multiple meeting rooms, catering, supplies etc
- Booking travel flights, cars, taxis and hotels
- Assisting the Office Manager in all of their duties/tasks as assigned, this will include facilities management, processing expenses and overflow legal secretary duties
Requirements
- Must be a native English speaker
- Ability to work independently and also support the wider team
- Positive, flexible and professional attitude
- Keen to learn and proactive approach
- Well presented with excellent communication skills
