Job description / Role
Our company, an Insurance broker with an office in Kuwait, is looking for a Receptionist / Administrator to join its expanding team.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
1. To provide administrative support to the team
2. Responsible for receiving guests and visitors and ensuring the best possible first image of the company
3. Monitor and maintain monthly stationary orders and office supplies
4. Handle incoming and outgoing couriers
5. Maintain and update the company databases including telephone extensions and number lists
6. Responsible for answering and where applicable, diverting all incoming and outgoing calls from the reception desk
7. Other duties as assigned by Branch Manager
Requirements
Ideal candidates should have minimum, high school education and an excellent command of English. Arabic speaking is advantageous.
Previous experience within an administrative function is required
Good communication skills and ability to multitask
Excellent organization skills
Good with Microsoft Office applications
