Hiring a Receptionist/Administrator to join our organisation.

As a Receptionist/Administrator your key function will be will be to provide general administrative and secretarial support to one or more senior managers in the business unit or Lob in support of specific projects and/or coordination and implementation of office procedures.

What we will expect you to do:
- You will need to manage reception area, maintaining a professional and pleasant interface with visitors and/or guest, clients and employees.
- We will require you to answer, transfer and direct incoming calls, greeting callers, providing information and taking messages as required using the relevant database to access information.
- Use your planning and organising skills to organise domestic and international travel and preparing complex travel itineraries
- You will need to draft letters and correspondence, maintaining a filing system as required
- You will be required to write reports, executive summaries and newsletters, prepare presentations and packs for meetings
- We will need you to plan, organise and manage staff and/or corporate events
- And so much more

Requirements

- Must be Saudi National
- HR knowledge is preferred

Key requirements:
- Secretarial Diploma an advantage
- Minimum of 2 years working experience working in a similar position
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel).
- Candidates must be of Saudi nationality.

- You will need to display excellent attention to detail, providing an efficient administrative service with limited guidance.
- You will need to display strong orientation towards ensuring client satisfaction.
- You will need to display the ability to manage work processes and produce a high quality of work, maintaining integrity and confidentiality at all times.
