Receptionist – PT – Arabic Speaker
My client is a large international law firm based in Abu Dhabi. They are looking for an Arabic speaking receptionist to work part-time from 8am-1pm 5 days a week.
This is an exciting opportunity for any candidate looking to work within a progressive and multinational organisation.
Responsibilities:
• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
• Booking meetings
• Arranging couriers
• Keeping the reception area tidy
• Answering and forwarding phone calls
• Screening phone calls
• Sorting and distributing post
Requirements
Skills and experience required:
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• At least 1 years experience in a receptionist role
Experience is another law firm would be beneficial but is not essential.
Benefits:
Up to 9,000 AED per month + Benefits
