Automotive Finance Shared Services is a department under Automotive handling the back office functions related to accounting for Automotive. AFSS handles Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, General Ledger Accounting, Reconciliations, Sales Accounting and annual closing and audits for the Automotive Division of Al-Futtaim.

We are currently looking for a Receptionist to work at Automotive Finance Shared Services in Dubai.
You will be responsible for the following -

* Should have good telephone handling skills - answer all incoming calls and handle callers & re-divert calls as appropriate and take adequate message when required
* Manage the meeting calendars for Director and Procurement Managers
* Meet & greet with all visitors. Assist them to the meeting rooms
* Stationery and Pantry ordering. Dispatch of inbound and outbound mail/courier
* Assisting all external and Internal Group staff by guiding them to the right person within Al Futtaim
* Maintain good teamwork within departments
* Pleasant personality

Requirements

Minimum Experience: Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in receptionist and office administration.

Job-Specific Skills: Proficient in MS Office and administration skills

Behavioural Competencies: Strong interpersonal, organizational and advanced telephone skills. Excellent communication, Organizing, Analytical.

Essential communication skills: English
