Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our Client a leading Engineering Company, stable and successful, they are looking to hire a Receptionist for their office in Bahrain.

Responsibilities:
• Check voice mail, and pass on any messages to concerned parties
• Manage and answer the telephone system
• Answer calls, direct calls, take messages as appropriate
• Screen calls for managers, and announce those calls as directed
• Log incoming and outgoing mail
• Log all incoming faxes
• Log incoming and outgoing courier requirements
• Distribute internal and external mail as per the requirement
• Meet and greet visitors in a professional manner
• Maintain the general decorum of the reception area
• Check courier invoices (TNT, DHL etc) and liaise with support office for approval
• Ensure mobile phone numbers and staff email addresses are up to date on the telephone directory at all times
• Administration work support for other department managers.

Requirements

• Female Bahraini National
• A dynamic, high energy individual who possess good English and Arabic communication skills
• Preferably a high diploma of post-secondary education in a related discipline.
• Proven experience of prioritizing large scale of administration workloads.
