Receptionist (Bilingual)

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with a leading consultancy business. Due to continued growth, our client has a newly created position for a bilingual (Arabic and English) Receptionist to join their team in Abu Dhabi.

This role will be the face of the business as well as the first point of contact for visitors and guests, therefore you will be professional and courteous at all times. You will deal with all reception duties on a day-to-day basis, this will include screening and directing calls to the business and maintaining and coordinating the diary for the conference rooms. Additionally, you will deal with in and outgoing post, organise any courier services and perform any other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements

The successful candidate should hold a Degree and have at least 2 years' experience as a Receptionist. It is essential you have excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
