Job description / Role
Miller Hay are currently recruiting a Receptionist for our client a leading financial services company based in Dubai. Our client requires someone who is well presented, professional and confident. This is a 4-5 month maternity leave contract starting in March.
Responsibilities:
- Full reception cover including answering the switchboard, diary management and meeting and greeting visitors
- Arranging meetings organising multiple meeting rooms, catering, supplies etc
- Booking travel flights, cars, taxis and hotels
Requirements
- Must be a native English speaker
- Ability to work independently and also support the wider team
- Positive, flexible and professional attitude
- Keen to learn and proactive approach
- Well presented with excellent communication skills
