Job description / Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist / Facilities Assistant. This exciting new position will be based in Dubai.
As you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients you will need to have immaculate presentation and exceptional customer service skills. To be considered for this role you must speak fluent native English.
It would be advantageous to have come from a hospitality, customer service or concierge services background with a warm nature to provide an exceptional 5 star service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the lobby and reception space is always maintained to an excellent standard
- Assist with processing tenants car parking cards
- Monthly reporting
- Source and maintain relationships with suppliers and external contractors
- Ensure that emergency and security procedures for the building are in place and kept up to date
- Assist the Facilities Manager with all ad hoc and administration duties

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and priorities
- Excellent computer skills
- Excel, Word and PowerPoint to Intermediate level
