Job description / Role
A truly rare opportunity to join this highly sought after, world renowned financial institution in the heart of the DIFC. This role requires a dedicated client facing professional to be the heart of a professional and high profile, busy reception area.
This unique role involves being highly personable and building relationships with frequent visitors and internal clients whilst making an impactful impression on all new guests.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Services, you will also provide additional assistance in terms of switchboard, office coordination, raising invoices and general administration support, ensuring the well-being of everyone on site and providing an efficient service to keep the reception function running smoothly.
Requirements
Top level client service experience is essential - you will need to demonstrate your skill in relationship building whilst maintaining standards at all times. Administrative skills and switchboard experience is essential along with some knowledge of office and meeting room coordination.
Polished presentation and excellent verbal communication is non-negotiable.
