Receptionist - Mall Management - Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate - Cairo Festival City - Egypt

Spanning 3 million square metres Cairo Festival City is a visionary mixed use urban community strategically located just 15 minutes from Cairo International Airport, along the Cairo Ring Road. Cairo Festival City features Egypt's first indoor-outdoor retail and entertainment resort combined with luxury residential communities, prime office spaces, internationally renowned hotels, schools and an automotive park all set within a lush landscaped environment.

We are seeking to hire a Receptionist to convey a professional & positive image of the company through managing meetings and handling visitors along with sharing the responsibility of general administrative tasks, your Job Responsibilities will be including & not limited to:

* Managing Reception: Building a positive visitor experience by greeting, signing and directing them politely and professionally.
* Deliveries: Ensuring those deliveries of office supplies and groceries are made as per schedule and as per schedule and orders placed
* Security:  Guaranteeing that only authorised personal are allowed within office premises.
* Administration: Assisting in various administrative tasks in different departments.
* Couriers: Delivering accurately all couriers and ensuring their timely distribution by office assistants.
* Conference / Meeting Rooms: Taking bookings for conference and meeting rooms with no duplications in addition making sure that all reception, Conference / Meeting rooms are neat.
* Managing Switchboard and Guest Experience: Ensuring that all calls or messages are attended within a reasonable time-frame and directed correctly along with handling guest complains and enhancing their experience.
* Attendance: Maintaining the attendance sheet of departments for leave and salary calculations.

Requirements

As a Receptionist; you have to demonstrate the following Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Behavioural Competencies:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

* University Graduate with office system skills and tasks.

Minimum Experience:

* Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience handling similar job.

Job-Specific Skills:

* Proficiency MS office, telephone, office system & IT hardware.
* Analytical skills, good communication skills and problem solving skills.  

Behavioural Competencies:

* Must have the ability to create a very high customer service standard with a great welcoming professional approach.
